Parent Complaint Procedure


At Chertsey Nursery and Children’s Centre we endeavour to provide the best education possible for all of our children in an open and transparent environment.  We welcome any feedback that we receive from parents, children and third parties, and we accept that not all of this will be positive.  The following procedure explains what you should do if you have any concerns.  


We hope that the majority of concerns can be dealt with without resorting to the complaints procedure published here.  If you have a concern about any aspect of the school or your child’s education or wellbeing, raise this initially with your child’s key worker or the headteacher by telephone, email or in person.   We may be able to address your concerns straight away, or arrange a meeting with you to discuss the issue.
